What areas do you operate?

I am based in Ashford, Kent TN23 and operate within and around Ashford (within a 5miles radius)

Are you fully insured?

Yes as a professional cleaner I have Public Liability insurance of at least £1m and accidental damage, however it is advisable before the clean that the client put away any fragile items before a clean to avoid any minor accidental damage that can occasionally occur. 

Will the cleaner bring their own products and equipment?

Yes, I always bring their own supplies and equipment, however if there are any specialist cleaning products you would prefer they use, then the cleaner can use your products provided, please just mention at the quotation visit of your preference so this can be noted down. 

Do I need to prepare anything before the clean?

It is advisable to remove any fragile or treasured items before the clean to reduce the risk of damage. I also suggest removing any clutter from the kitchen or bathroom surfaces before the deep clean, as this ensures that I can immediately start the cleaning process without any delays.

Do we offer regular weekly or fortnightly maintenance cleans? 

I offer a regular maintenance cleans which can be offered on a bi weekly, adhoc basis. 

I don't offer my cleans priced at as an hourly rate service, but I do offer and provide is a bespoke cleaning service tailored for your home, providing you with a detailed cleaning plan with all the cleaning tasks included within the price, ensuring there is full transparency of the level of service provided.This a free non obligation quotation and I prioritise my scheduling cleans on a first come first serve basis

How much do you charge for our services per hour?

I do not charge per hour for our cleaning services, I charge for my cleans as a flat rate for the completion of services and the reason is simply because I believe that comprehensive cleaning shouldn't be limited by an hourly time frame. An hourly rate can sometimes compromise the quality of the service due to time pressures. So you can rest assured that the price you pay and the high-quality service you receive will always remain consistent regardless of time taken.

Do you offer Oven Deep cleans?

Whilst I do not offer complete oven deep cleans, as this requires a specialist service and certain chemicals and dismantling of the oven is required and would highly recommend you contact a specialist oven cleaner for this service. However for an additional £30, I can thoroughly clean the inside of the oven door and bottom to remove burnt-on grease and food remnants by using non toxic household products and a lots of scrubbing power.

How do I book a one of deep clean?

I would need to conduct cleaning consultation visit before providing a price quotation, this is so I can thoroughly asses the areas that requires cleaning and provide you with a fixed price for to complete the clean. How do I pay for the cleaning service?

All new clients are required to pay 50% deposit of the agreed price to secure your cleaning slot, if the deposit is not paid the cleaning slot is not confirmed with me and the clean will not go ahead, the deposit for your booking will be deducted from the outstanding amount. All payments are due within 24hrs of invoice being issued. The outstanding balance should be submitted via balance transfer and to the account details highlighted on the invoice. Constant late payments will not be tolerated and I will refuse to continue providing my cleaning services going forward without notice.

What happens if I need to cancel within 24hrs?

I understand that sometimes things crop up last minute and providing you are wanting to reschedule then no fee will be incurred we will just arrange another suitable time to clean. However if you have changed your mind and have given 48hrs notice, then a full refund will be provided. If you are wanting to cancel a clean 24hrs before the scheduled booking, then the deposit will not be refunded. Please refer to my terms and conditions 

How do you determine what cleaning tasks will be completed?

When hiring a cleaner it is important to understand what tasks they will complete at each visit and I understand that every client home is different, in terms of how the area is maintained and also client expectations.

 

I will always conduct an initial consultation with any new client to discuss the expectations and requirements and draft a cleaning plan to ensure all your requirements are met.

During the consultation we will discuss and view the areas you wish to be cleaned, taking into consideration where special attention may be required and will add this into the plan.

This plan will be shared with you as well as a quotation for us to complete the clean, to ensure both parties are clear on the expectations of the clean. From there you can decide whether you wish to proceed with our services.
